We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role is the backbone of our recruiting and onboarding process, ensuring candidates and new hires have a seamless experience from first contact through their first day.
In This Role, You Will
Ensure 100% compliance and accuracy across all recruiting systems and candidate data. Validate recruiter activity in our applicant tracking system, reconciling call logs and calendar invites. Manage candidate pipelines, conduct outreach via Aircall, and confirm qualifications and interest. Schedule interviews and executive meetings with precision and timeliness. Prepare validated records for leadership reviews and maintain pipeline momentum. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and error‑free execution. Support immigration requirements by securing work permits and visas for international hires. Maintain and update departmental SOPs, HR calendars, and recruitment systems for operational excellence. Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting. Experienced with ATS platforms and understands Boolean search techniques. Strong communicator who builds rapport with candidates and collaborates effectively with recruiters and hiring managers. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight timelines. Familiar with recruiting processes, compliance standards, and employment policies.
