What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage and define system configuration requirements, including documentation, design, testing, and implementation support

Develop reports to analyze data and address issues within the department

Lead meetings with stakeholders to achieve solutions that align with business requirements

Audit configuration to ensure accuracy and minimize fraud and overpayment issues

Mentor team members on tools and methodologies for defining requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED is required

Minimum of five (5) years of health plan experience, including three (3) years of configuration or clinical editing software experience

Exceptional computer skills and abilities in Facets

Knowledge of coding languages such as VBA, SQL, Python, or C++

Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methods, including DRG and APC

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience

Exposure to Facets or equivalent systems

Certified Medical Coder (CPC) certification

Strong knowledge of HIPAA Transaction Codes

Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on detail
