Job content As the IT HR Solution Architect, you are technically responsible for our
SAP SuccessFactors ,
SAP HCM ,
Docebo
and
Kronos
platforms.
Responsibilities After a training period, guided by your team and in the context of our company values, your main challenges will be:
Serve as the IT owner for HR systems, by diving into the following platforms:
SAP SuccessFactors
with modules like employee central, recruiting, onboarding, learning, time tracking, and performance & goals.
SAP HCM
for payroll processes.
Kronos
and
SAP Employee Self-Service
for time & attendance.
Docebo , our learning tool for service technicians.
Analyze HR requirements & processes and translate them into scalable, secure IT solutions.
Design and configure system enhancements to meet evolving business requirements.
Act as the project lead of different (international) projects within this HR area. You will be involved in roll‑out projects across EMEA, and projects implementing brand new functionalities or integrations, typically lasting 6 to 12 months.
Coordinate and analyze improvement requests in your area of expertise, in close cooperation with business peers, internal IT colleagues and our offshore team, taking best practices and standardization into account.
Explore the future evolutions towards digital HR, assist the business relationship manager in translating strategy into a roadmap, and drive innovation with new tools and features.
Profile
You have an HR or technology related
master’s degree .
You have
3‑5 years of experience
in a similar IT‑HR context.
Knowledge of
SAP SuccessFactors
(experience with other HR platforms is a plus).
Eager to
deep dive technically
into HR systems and explore innovative solutions.
Possess an
analytical, innovative & solution‑oriented mindset
with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
Pragmatic and with a strong interest in
recent IT evolutions
and technologies.
Interested in the
digitalisation of HR processes
and improving employee experience within Daikin.
Self‑discipline to set and follow up a planning.
Team player who establishes a good relationship with IT and business colleagues.
Good communication skills and not afraid to present to groups.
Prepared to occasionally travel to Daikin group companies in EMEA.
Very good knowledge of English.
