Location/Work Schedule:

Hybrid Role, Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM, candidates that are only within an hour of either Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 or Tulsa, OK 74107 will be reviewed

Pay Range:

$19-25/hr W2 (no C2C for this opportunity)

Contract Length:

6+ months (extension and/or contract to hire possible)

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing (consumer products) industry, is seeking a Consumer Technical Support Representative to join their team. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing technical troubleshooting, product guidance, and warranty support for our consumer product lines. You will play a key role in ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

What's the Job?

Deliver technical support via phone and email to resolve customer inquiries.

Answer questions on product features, installation, sizing, and compatibility.

Troubleshoot issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.

Document interactions and process cases accurately in internal systems.

Assist customers through product repair or replacement programs.

Contribute to FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and review technical documentation.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

1+ year experience in marine electronics, boating accessories, or RV electrical installations.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret schematics and manuals.

Practical knowledge of AC/DC (Alternating Current/Direct Current) electrical systems and diagnostic tools.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP/internal systems.

Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).

Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.

Certifications such as ABYC (American Boat & Yacht Council), NMEA (National Marine Electronics Association), MEI (Marine Electronics Installer), and/or FCC (Federal Communications Commission) License are a plus.
