Global Talent Acquisition Manager @ Brunswick | Strategic Sourcing, Diverse Engagement We are looking for a Commercial Marine Specialist to support our global commercial marine customers. This role is ideal for a skilled marine electronics professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
Position Overview In this role, you will:
Serve as a key contact for commercial service operations, helping coordinate service orders, logistics, and technical support.
Support customer satisfaction by assisting with escalations, working closely with authorized service agents, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues.
Perform remote troubleshooting, document cases in CRM systems, and analyze service trends to improve support quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training materials, service documentation, and operational processes.
This is a hands‑on technical role with global exposure, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer experience and contribute to Navico Group’s reputation for excellence in marine electronics.
Essential Functions
Technical Mastery: Deep experience in marine navigation and electronics (installation, diagnostics, NMEA CAN‑BUS, RADAR, and Autopilot), with certifications like ABYC, NMEA, MEI, and ideally FCC GROL or GMDSS.
Customer‑Centric Leadership: Proven ability to manage service escalations, coordinate with global partners, and deliver high‑touch support.
Operational Agility: Skilled in ERP systems (SyteLine), CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics), and logistics coordination.
Global Perspective: Willingness to travel (50%), handle international documentation, and support diverse customer bases.
Collaborative Spirit: Strong communicator, team player, and proactive problem‑solver with a bias for action and ownership mentality.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in installation, repair, maintenance, and support of commercial marine navigation and communication equipment.
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office, ERP system, and ability to learn internal systems).
High‑school diploma or GED.
ABYC, NMEA, and MEI certified.
Mastery of basic marine electronics installation practices.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Ability to acquire a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
Prior experience with Navico support or Simrad On‑Board Service.
Ability to lift 50 lb.
Preferred Qualifications
FCC GROL license.
GMDSS (DM) license.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Familiar with Navico Gyro Exchange Program.
Ability to process customs documents and information for international return.
Working Conditions
Mainly indoors in a seated position.
Some outside in varying weather conditions.
Ability to stand for longer periods of time aboard boats.
Travel up to 50% of the time.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $57,700 – $104,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
