Program Manager / Systems Integrator
– Salary: Up to $185,000 per year Location: Chantilly, VA Core Hours: 9 am – 4 pm Level: Level 1 – Subject Matter Expert
Job Summary Position requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph. The role focuses on ensuring that all applications, platforms, and services—from legacy systems like Lotus Notes to modern cloud development environments—are integrated seamlessly, securely, and performatively. This is a highly analytical, experienced Systems Integrator SME position that bridges development teams, infrastructure, and end‑user requirements. Position closes 1/7/26.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integration solutions across disparate systems, including Microsoft desktop and web programming applications, Lotus Notes programming, and cloud services.
Ensure technical compatibility and efficient data flow between systems built with C, C++, .NET, Java, and Python.
Develop and manage integration points, including web services and APIs, to facilitate communication between various components (e.g., frontend JavaScript, HTML/CSS and backend services).
Integrate and validate classification tools that rely on scripts and web service calls.
Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to integrate deployment, configuration, and monitoring tools across the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless promotion of integrated components.
Integrate automated testing results into the deployment process to validate end‑to‑end functionality after integration.
Integrate applications and services into the target operating systems (Windows or Unix/Linux).
Manage and troubleshoot integration challenges in both on‑premises and cloud development environments.
Work with stakeholders to understand integration requirements related to MS Office, email, and web application programming and translate them into technical implementation plans.
Mandatory Qualifications
Developmental: 0‑2 years’ experience
Full Performance: 3‑5 years’ experience
Senior: 6‑10 years’ experience
Expert: 11‑15 years’ experience
SME: 16+ years’ experience
Deep experience designing, implementing, and managing complex system integrations using protocols and technologies (APIs, message queues, web services).
Polyglot fluency in Lotus Notes, JavaScript, Java, C, C++, .NET, HTML, XML, and Python/Java.
Strong experience with DevOps practices and scripting / coding to automate integration and validation tasks.
Strong experience integrating on‑premises systems with cloud development services and managing data synchronization.
Strong experience integrating and validating applications on Windows or Unix/Linux platforms.
Strong experience with integrating solutions for Office, emails, and general web development.
Optional Qualifications
Experience integrating and validating data flows within classification marking tools/software.
Experience with integration within the sponsor's standard operational environment, including connectivity and protocol knowledge for desktops, servers, and peripherals.
