We are looking for a versatile IT Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain the company’s IT environment. This role combines network administration, systems management, Cloud administration and end-user support, ensuring reliable and secure operations across our business.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, wireless networks, and firewalls.

Optimize performance and ensure high availability of network resources.

Monitor and update network monitoring tools and configurations.

Administer servers (Windows, Linux), virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), and storage systems.

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.

Support hybrid environments across on-premises and cloud platforms (Entra).

Work with Cisco ISE and Meraki switches and access points, SFDC, Deltek, Microsoft 365.

Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, identity, and security).

Identify and implement automation opportunities for infrastructure management.

Support migration and optimization of workloads on‑premise and in the cloud.

Maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and access controls.

Support compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR).

Monitor logs, investigate anomalies, and respond to security incidents.

Partner closely with IT and DevOps teams to support business initiatives.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated desktop and infrastructure issues.

Document infrastructure changes, maintain diagrams, and keep procedures current.

Requirements Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5+ years of experience in network, systems, or infrastructure administration.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls.

Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V).

Cloud certifications for Azure (Optional).

Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell).

Soft Skills

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Collaborative and dependable team player who thrives in a hands‑on, on‑site environment.

Salary Range: $90,000-100,000; Bonus eligible.
