Role Description This is a full-time Attorney role based in San Antonio, TX. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance, specializing in Insurance and Personal Injury Litigation. Daily tasks include representing clients in legal proceedings, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, engaging in negotiations to resolve disputes, and coverage analysis. The Attorney will also provide expert advice to clients and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
A strong foundation in litigation with experience conducting arguments in court.
Experience in giving sound Legal Advice and handling sensitive legal matters effectively.
Proficiency in conducting thorough Research to support legal cases and decision-making.
Strong Negotiation skills to advocate for clients and facilitate successful resolutions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
State bar admission for practicing law in Texas.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases efficiently.
