We are hiring 2 additional Litigation Attorneys. You will provide legal advice and guidance to clients, research cases, prepare documents, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of civil litigation, general liability, premises liability, auto accidents, worksite accidents, product liability, and insurance law.
Position Overview You will primarily represent clients in court, draft legal documents, research cases, and provide legal advice. Candidates must have excellent communication, research, and writing skills, work under pressure, and negotiate settlements effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on legal matters.
Research cases, laws, and regulations.
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Negotiate settlements.
Represent clients in court.
Prepare and deliver court presentations.
Keep abreast of any changes in the law.

Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited college.
3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense.
Experience with General Liability, Premises Liability, Auto Accidents, Worksite Accidents, Product Liability, General Insurance.
