Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, a passion for complex legal cases, and a proven track record of supporting seasoned attorneys through the entire litigation process.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial and hearing preparation, including coordinating witness schedules, preparing trial exhibits, and drafting pretrial documents.

Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses.

Manage case files and maintain case calendars to ensure all deadlines are met.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.

Review and summarize medical records and deposition transcripts.

Assist with settlement negotiations and mediations.

Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, scanning, and copying legal documents.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation.

Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program or equivalent.

Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.

Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the highest professional ethics.
