We are looking for a
part-time Assistant Project Manager
to support the delivery of client projects by ensuring clear communication, structured task management, and consistent follow-ups. The role is
hybrid
and focuses on
operations, support intake, task coordination, light QA, and reporting , keeping projects moving without delays.
You will act as a
coordination layer
between clients, the internal team, and management.
Responsibilities
Monitor incoming emails and support requests and convert them into structured tasks
Communicate with clients for minor clarifications and operational matters
Proactively follow up with clients to collect missing information and digital assets, so projects do not stall
Track task progress on a daily basis and actively follow up with the internal team
Support and participate in weekly planning sessions
Perform light QA before deliverables reach management
Manage and maintain the Project Management tool (ClickUp)
Create simple processes (SOPs) and ensure they are followed
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (tasks, SLAs, pending items)
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role
Hands‑on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
Basic understanding of digital projects (web, design)
Nice to Have
Experience in a digital agency or SaaS environment
Familiarity with basic QA processes
Experience working with SOPs and structured workflows
Exposure to reporting and SLA tracking
