Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a Fort Atkinson manufacturing company, is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Tech to join the team.
$17-$19 per hour; based on experience
2nd shift Role, training on 1st shift.
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products meet required customer specifications, and quality standards. This position performs inspections on first pieces, in-process, and final materials to verify accuracy and prevent the release of defective products.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards for Quality Inspector Technician
Verify documentation and certification requirements for products received from suppliers, and notify the appropriate individuals of any discrepancies or deviations from drawings or purchase order requirements. Perform first-run inspections from manufacturing to ensure all quality specifications are met and accurate before completing the run. Compare results of inspections and tests to the company's quality standards. Follow all safety protocols by using proper PPE and maintaining housekeeping standards. Perform assigned routine visual inspections and other specified tests. Work Environment
Quality Inspector Technician may be required to stand, sit, or squat for extended periods of time. The role involves lifting up to 50lbs at a time, and good hand dexterity is essential. Experience For Quality Inspector Technician
Experience using hand-held and various measuring devices for product inspection. Other
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8-10 hours per day
