Full-Time Responsibilities: Coordinate full-cycle of ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinations Prepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or ocean import operations Solid knowledge of ocean freight documentation, Incoterms, and U.S. customs processes Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Pay:
