DIRECT HIRE:
Seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Southbridge, MA.
This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k!
Salary Range:
$110K - $120K per year (based on experience)
Responsibilities
Support hiring, training, and scheduling of maintenance staff
Oversee daily work, performance, and corrective actions
Lead, train, and mentor maintenance teams, including supervisors, mechanics, and technicians
Use CMMS to manage work orders, schedules, budgets, and maintenance records
Develop and track preventative/predictive maintenance programs
Coordinate with production to align maintenance with schedules and minimize downtime
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and reliability practices
Manage department budget, vendor relationships, and spare parts inventory
Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company policies
Monitor KPIs and report on equipment performance, costs, and safety
Remain on-call for after-hours plant issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/industrial technology or equivalent experience
5+ years of industrial maintenance management
Strong technical knowledge of automation, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Experience with lean manufacturing, CMMS, and interpreting technical manuals/blueprints
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
Physical Requirements
Ability to inspect facilities, perform repairs, and navigate job sites
Capable of standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working near heat, noise, gas, and chemicals
