Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | Temp-Hire - Two Positions Available Location:
Fullerton, CA
Available Shifts:
6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview A well-established industrial refrigeration and air conditioning service company is seeking
two Customer Service Representatives
to join its headquarters team in Fullerton, CA. This role supports customers, field technicians, and internal departments in a fast-paced service environment.
On-Call Requirement (Important) This position requires being
on-call during non-working office hours approximately every 5–6 weeks for one full week . On-call time is paid, and overtime applies. Responsibilities may include responding to calls during nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service
Handle incoming customer calls for service requests and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Support customer retention efforts through proactive communication and follow-through
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Work collaboratively with dispatch, field technicians, and management
Resolve customer inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
Dispatch & Administrative Support
Dispatch technicians and monitor actual work hours
Provide administrative support to technicians and field management
Track service vehicles using GPS/telematics software (e.g., Samsara)
Manage and follow up on unbilled work orders
Prepare bid proposals accurately and on time
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Strong ability to build rapport with customers
Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail with solid follow-up and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
