Overview The Campus Recruiter serves as the primary point of contact for all student-related recruiting efforts, overseeing career fair planning, event coordination, and the full-cycle recruitment process for interns, and early-career hires. This role is responsible for cultivating relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations to engage the next generation of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) professionals. This is a full-time, exempt position paid on an annual salary basis.

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and manages all campus recruiting and student engagement activities, including career fairs, networking events, and information sessions

Attends career fairs and on-campus recruiting events across target schools

Develops and manages strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and student organizations, including diversity and inclusion groups

Serves as the primary liaison for student employment programs, managing student intern, co‑op, and student extension processes from start to finish

Coordinates logistics for campus events, including scheduling, registration, and managing branded materials and giveaways

Leads full‑cycle recruitment for student interns and early‑career candidates

Collaborates with hiring managers to align intern hiring with divisional and sector needs

Maintains accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensures a consistent, positive candidate experience

Tracks and reports on recruiting metrics, event feedback, and campus performance to inform future strategies

Manages onboarding coordination for new student hires or conversions to full‑time roles

Travel up to 20‑30% for career fairs and visits to Parkhill offices

Qualifications

10‑15% travel to Parkhill offices and career fairs

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1‑3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, campus programs, or a related role; AEC experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to groups and engaging with students and faculty

Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or CRM systems such as iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Handshake is a plus

A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and engaging emerging talent
