VISTA Economic Opportunity Program Coordinator - United Way VISTA expands the capacity of sponsor organizations to fight poverty by strengthening and supporting nonprofits and public agencies. As a hybrid position based in Santa Maria, CA, the Program Coordinator will develop documentation processes, database management, and internal tools to advance economic opportunity initiatives across the region.

Member Duties

Develop, implement, and sustain tools and processes that enable economic opportunity programs at nonprofits and public agencies.

Support organizations with documentation, resource‑development research, database management, and other capacity‑building measures.

Maintain proficiency in administrative tasks, email communication, and generative AI usage.
