Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Description
Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
Assist with identity and access management.
Support technology needs for online multimedia testing and learning environments.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Assist with basic networking and system maintenance tasks.
Support staff in resolving technical issues and queries related to software systems and office equipment.
Oversee upkeep and tracking of technical hardware including laptops, audiovisual equipment, and other office equipment.
Provide support for website design and maintenance.
Provide support for data management, ticketing, and automation within the Biotility CRM system (HubSpot).
Collaborate with other staff/departments to identify, implement, and maintain appropriate technology solutions.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
Expected Salary $53,000
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Proficiency in troubleshooting various hardware and software issues.
Experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Canvas.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, such as HubSpot.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
