Position Summary We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused leader to manage a team of associates in the assigned area, ensuring smooth operations and high member satisfaction. The Member Team Lead will supervise front‑end associates, coordinate membership programs, maintain membership and store processes, manage transactions, handle returns and claims, oversee inventory, and support all associates through coaching, training and performance evaluation.

The Member Team Lead is responsible for member service, ensuring complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines and policies, and for training associates on membership procedures, technology usage, cash handling and merchandise area organization. The role also includes monitoring item shrink, maintaining cart and flatbed usage, and ensuring parking lot cleanliness.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing daily deposits, investigating overages and shortages, and collaborating with management to develop processes and best practices to meet business needs. The role requires a focus on compliance with company policies, ethics, and operational standards. The Member Team Lead is a key member of our open‑door policy approach and plays a role in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates, while acting as a mentor and example for developing team culture and belonging.

Compensation Hourly wage range: $21.00/hr to $29.00/hr*.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 6 months retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).

At least 6 months customer service experience.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership experience in a front‑end team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload of others.
