What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via e-billing systems and troubleshoot any errors
Review final invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with clients’ billing guidelines
Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and resolve any reduced or rejected invoices
Provide technical support and customer service to billing attorneys regarding e-billing processes
Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts and track approved timekeepers and rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of five years of experience with legal e-billing
Intermediate Excel skills (vLookup and Pivot Tables)
Proficient in Outlook and AdobePro
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a cohesive team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
AA or BA degree preferred
