What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via e-billing systems and troubleshoot any errors

Review final invoices for accuracy and compliance with clients’ billing guidelines

Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and resolve reduced or rejected invoices

Provide technical support and customer service related to e-billing processes and compliance

Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts and track approved timekeepers and rates

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing

Proficiency with major e-billing systems (e.g., Legal Tracker, CounselGO, etc.)

Intermediate Excel skills, including vLookup and Pivot Tables

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E

Familiarity with minor e-billing systems

AA or BA degree
