Base pay range $18.00/hr – $22.00/hr

What you’ll do in this role As an Accounting Clerk, you will support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and assist with time entry and ERP data management.
Key responsibilities
Match vendor invoices and purchase orders, and process invoices in the ERP system (M2M).
Organize and file invoices for audit and statement reconciliation.
Monitor receivables to ensure timely payments and track outstanding issues.
Process credit card transactions.
Perform account analysis and reconciliation in support of General Account Processes per ALMACO policies.
Ideal candidate
High school diploma or equivalent.
1‑3 years of experience with accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.
Experience with ERP and HRIS systems (M2M, UKG).
Fluency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
National Career Readiness Certificate is welcome.
