Job Description & Duties As an Accounting Officer (Specialist) – Disbursement Specialist – you will establish and maintain accounts and records within the CCSB Disbursements Unit, process manual and automated payments, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You will collaborate with the Accounting Administrator I, applying strong analytical and research skills while supporting financial management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain accurate account records within the Disbursements Unit.
Process manual and automated payments, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with the Accounting Administrator I to support financial management goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in public accounting or related field.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Knowledge of state and federal accounting regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
