Responsibilities

Process utility payments and adjustments in the Utility Payments Section.

Perform reconciliations and generate reports using AMS Advantage and other subsystems.

Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and telework schedules as required.

Support the Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor) with professional accounting duties of average difficulty.

Minimum Requirements

Eligibility determined by score on the Accounting Officer (Specialist) / Accountant Trainee examinations.

Must be presently eligible or on the state examination list for new civil services candidates.
