Responsibilities
Assists with developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Completes the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Supports employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace issues in alignment with company policies and in partnership with management.
Assists with the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment and communication of plan changes.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Assists with the annual performance management processes.
Facilitates training and holds informational sessions.
Processes payroll changes and supports leave of absence administration.
Participates in various ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
Maintains knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and federal and local regulations to ensure HR compliance and efficiency.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Bachelor’s Degree
