Position Overview MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are hiring a proactive and people-oriented Contact Center Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts in a high-volume BPO environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our growing contact center operations.

Location Killeen, TX

Position Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for contact center roles, including agents, team leads, and support staff.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.

Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications

Associate’s Degree, Certification, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

Conditions of Employment

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Must be willing to submit to drug screening; job offers are contingent on drug screening results. (Does not apply in Canada)

Physical Requirements This job is performed in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and may be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset, operate office equipment, and occasionally move around the office. The employee may be required to handle items weighing up to forty (40) pounds.
