Corporate Recruiter
to join our Talent team. This is a confidential opportunity for a strategic recruiting professional who brings experience across corporate functions, HR collaboration, and offer negotiations.
You will be responsible for identifying top talent, building sustainable pipelines, and driving key hiring initiatives while contributing to strategic HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while coaching hiring managers on best practices
Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management
Partner with department leaders to develop talent strategies aligned with workforce planning and business goals
Lead offer development and negotiation processes, ensuring alignment with compensation structures and internal equity
Support HR initiatives such as onboarding enhancements, workforce planning, strategies, and talent assessments
Utilize data to report on recruiting activity, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness
Represent the company at select industry events and virtual recruiting forums
Qualifications
5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with proven success filling roles across multiple business functions
Background in HR or experience partnering closely with HR teams on talent strategy and initiatives
Strong understanding of compensation principles and experience managing offer negotiations
Track record of building and sustaining talent pipelines for strategic, hard-to-fill roles
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, especially in process documentation and compliance
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
