Responsibilities Completes all tasks related to employee on-boarding using the UKG applicant tracking system

Administers HR policies and procedures within designated area of responsibility; works closely with Program Managers and Directors

Consults with Associate HR management on all policy changes affecting function within the HR department and/or assigned program areas

Applies knowledge of HR best practices to execute strategic initiatives, programs, and work processes

May work independently or as part of a team to improve the execution of all HR related processes to complete work accordingly

Schedules, processes, and records all HR services and activities within assigned program areas, which include training, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee recognition and labor relations

Enters all HR related data into HRIS system including background check results, new hire documents, and other receipts

Schedules fingerprinting for assigned program area.

Participates in activities related to audits as required by funding sources

Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field required; all majors considered

Minimum of two years experience required in an HR Department, and/or administrative office experience in a regulated environment

Proficiency in managing data within an HR Information System (HRIS) preferred; prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System, such as UKG preferred.

Must be able to operate other related software applications, including most Microsoft Office products

Experience in multi-cultural environments and nonprofit environments, preferably in a human services or social services setting
