Human Resources Generalist - Manufacturing

Join MacLean Power Systems as a Human Resources Generalist for our manufacturing facility in York, SC. This role supports recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and engagement for a 400‑employee facility. What You’ll Do

Employee Relations

– Investigate employee concerns and promote fair and consistent workplace practices. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

– Manage full‑cycle recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements, and oversee onboarding to drive engagement and retention. Training & Development

– Support safety, compliance, and skill training programs and assist leadership development for front‑line supervisors and managers. HR Compliance & Administration

– Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, administer HR policies and programs, and maintain accurate HR records. Employee Engagement & Culture

– Implement engagement initiatives, conduct stay, exit interviews and surveys, and promote a positive culture through recognition, wellness and team‑building activities. What You’ll Need To Excel In This Role

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution. Ability to work independently while collaborating with plant leadership and corporate HR. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Total Rewards Offering
