Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles in a consultative way.
Create job postings, source candidates, and conduct screening interviews.
Drive candidate selection with hiring panels and ensure a smooth process.
Build strong sourcing strategies through agencies, universities, and social media.
Monitor recruitment trends and provide insights to HR and leadership.
Coordinate the employee referral program.
Maintain data integrity and compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
Support TA policies, continuous improvement, and works council alignment.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably across multiple EMEA countries.
Skilled in ATS, HRIS, job boards, and social media sourcing.
Strong communication in English and German (additional European language a plus).
Tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.
