Overview The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources operations across multiple functional areas, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers and ensures HR practices align with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Job Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and employee relations support.
Assist with investigations, documentation, corrective actions, and confidential recordkeeping.
Support recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview coordination, offers, and new hire orientation.
Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS support (e.g., ADP).
Support performance management processes, training coordination, and compliance initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and assist with leave administration, audits, and HR reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of HR experience.
Knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
Experience with HRIS systems.
