Position Overview This position will manage program and staff development efforts for OSU Extension using Extension’s key values of trust, inclusion, care, adaptability, and efficiency. The role collaborates with teams and units to develop products and programs that elevate the employee experience, focusing on individual Extension employees, their career goals, the organization, and their capacity for growth.

Lead efforts with partners across the unit, with partners in the Extension organization, and others focusing on the individual Extension employee, their career goals, the organization, and their capacity for growth and success. Work to develop and cultivate a never‑ending appetite for learning to broaden employee engagement and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead development efforts with partners across the unit and in the Extension organization.

Collaborate to develop programs and products that enhance the employee experience.

Focus on individual employee career goals, organizational goals, and growth potential.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and broaden engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree desirable.

4 years of relevant experience required; 4‑8 years preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $70,100–$91,600.
