What You’ll Do As an
Employee Benefits Account Manager , you will perform a blend of client support and benefits administration. You’ll manage a portfolio of employer groups while ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Drive client satisfaction and retention while identifying growth opportunities
Manage eligibility changes, coverage transitions, and COBRA compliance
Lead open enrollment planning and execution
Manage the renewal process for client benefits packages, including negotiations and plan updates
Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and other regulations
Build and maintain benefit structures in Employee Navigator; troubleshoot EDI issues
Collaborate with carriers and vendors for seamless integrations
Use Excel to analyze claims data and benefits metrics
What We’re Looking For
Experience in benefits administration, HR support, or insurance operations
Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Familiarity with platforms like Employee Navigator and payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity)
Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 60 days of hire
