TEKsystems is seeking a REMOTE Bilingual (Japanese/English) IT Help Desk Specialist. This role will be supporting end users in both the United States and Japan with IT troubleshooting.

The schedule for this role will be: Tuesday - Saturday, 7pm - 4am EST (2pm - 1am PST).

Top Skills Desired

2+ years of IT help desk/service desk experience (specifically IT call resolution experience)

Fluent in both English and Japanese (speaking and writing)

Previous experience with a ticketing system and creating tickets

Knowledgeable in Active Directory and resetting passwords

Strong customer service experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
