We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, and assisting attorneys in all phases of civil litigation. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of civil procedure, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all aspects of civil litigation, from pre-filing through trial and post-trial procedures.
Review, organize, and maintain case files, medical records, billing records, and other client documentation.
Assist in managing discovery, including reviewing and producing documents, responding to interrogatories, and coordinating with clients and opposing counsel.
Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals regarding case status and procedural requirements.
Supervise and mentor junior paralegals and support staff, as needed.

4+ years civil litigation experience
Plaintiff side experience
$60,000 - $80,000 a year
