Construction Defect/Insurance Defense Attorney - Remote in AZ
Base pay range
$170,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of construction defect cases from inception through resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop case strategies.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in construction defect litigation or related insurance defense work.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
