OVERVIEW A national law firm is seeking a
Litigation Attorney
with
4+ years of commercial litigation experience
to support its Las Vegas practice. This role is well suited for an attorney who can independently manage the day-to-day demands of complex, document-intensive litigation while collaborating with a broader litigation team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage
large-scale commercial litigation matters
with minimal supervision.
Handle day-to-day case management, including discovery and document-intensive matters.
Draft high-quality
motions, briefs, and written advocacy.
Participate in
depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trial preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to advance litigation strategy.
Appear in Las Vegas for hearings, depositions, and meetings as needed.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
At least
4 years of commercial litigation experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage
complex, large-document litigation
independently.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Deposition, oral argument, and trial experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nevada bar admission required.
Ability to work remotely with availability for in-person appearances in Las Vegas.
