Lead Subcontracts Specialist
Honeywell is seeking a Lead Subcontracts Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end FAR15 proposal and subcontract cycle supporting key Honeywell Aerospace programs.
Responsibilities
Execute FAR15 subcontracts in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable regulations.
Build strong negotiation positions for contract execution.
Manage key program suppliers.
Mentor and train team members.
Build supplier strategies to enable best overall value to Honeywell.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related fields.
US Person due to contractual requirements.
Subcontracting experience (FAR15).
Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and people‑oriented skills.
Strong negotiation skills and processes.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience with subcontractors during all phases of the program lifecycle.
Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations.
Experience utilizing MS Office, SAP, and other business tools.
Supply chain and procurement experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industry.
Experience managing subcontracts such as FFP, CP, CPIF.
Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data.
Ability to negotiate terms and conditions.
Ability to work independently.
