Position: Litigation Attorney (Hybrid / Onsite as Needed)

Salary Range: $120000 - $200000 annually

Represent real estate‑secured lenders and creditors in litigation matters at state and federal levels. Manage cases independently from initiation through final resolution. Draft motions, pleadings, briefs and discovery documents with strong legal accuracy and clarity. Conduct and defend depositions. Appear in court (in‑person and remote) presenting arguments confidently and effectively. Work directly with clients to develop case strategies and deliver consistent updates. Analyze complex legal challenges and develop strategic recommendations. Collaborate with cross‑functional legal teams to support multi‑disciplinary matters. Track billable hours and maintain detailed case records and documentation. Required Experience & Qualifications
3‑15 years of litigation experience (required). Prior experience representing creditors strongly preferred. Experience in real estate litigation is advantageous. Exposure to Bankruptcy or Unlawful Detainer cases is beneficial. Exceptional research, writing, litigation and courtroom advocacy skills. Strong communication skills with client‑facing professionalism. Ability to work independently with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Active California Bar membership (mandatory). Key Skills
