Drive the heartbeat of our global operations by leading supply planning strategies that ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and enable flawless execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decisions and deliver measurable impact.
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and leading a team in one of the key areas within the Global Purchasing & Supply Chain Organization. Areas of responsibilities span driving innovation in demand-supply planning, supply chain and logistics processes. You will also be responsible for leading a team, fostering employee development and training, driving performance management, and maintaining an efficient organizational structure.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Ability to understand and assess complex supply chain issues and lead teams in a cross functional environment to successfully resolve issues through appropriate collaboration
Provide day-to-day support to direct reports regarding problem solving and escalation to leadership as required. Position communicates to all levels of the organization, within the function as well as other functions and suppliers
Operate with precision and urgency
Develop expertise in Supply Chain business processes through strategic innovation solutions
Monitor and manage identified key performance indicators
Lead and reimagines initiatives through development of improved business tools, processes, and documentation
Recommend future strategies related to organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, and processes and technology
Maintain positive working relationships with cross functional stakeholders
Assess supplier ship plans and action appropriately based on impact to customers to ensure availability
Supply Chain Management expertise, managing talent, timely decision making with limited information (ambiguity), autonomy, strong communication skills, and ability to manage cross functionally and drive innovation
Strategic thinker and visionary, analytical skills and change management, results driven and highly skilled communicator
Ability to deal with ambiguity on a day to day basis and focused on solutions
Ability to reimagine the business and identify strategic opportunities that will drive the business forward
Ability to be flexible and at times work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution
Ability to tackle problems to completion and implement new and innovative strategies
Ability to look ahead and develop proactive strategies
10-40% Travel Domestically + Internationally
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree
10 years of experience with deep understanding of Supply Chain functions
Proven track record of directly leading teams with a minimum of 4-5 people, driving results, and personal accountability with oneself and team
Strategic Orientation, willingness to learn, adapt & be agile, comfort in challenging norms, dealing with ambiguity
Proficient use of MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint & Access
Exercises independent judgment in managing complex and ambiguous tasks with minimal input from direct leader
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead diverse/cross-functional teams as well as mentor, motivate and elicit work output from peers and other team members
Effective communicator with solid oral and written presentation skills. Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership.
Ability to reimagine the business and identify strategic opportunities that will drive the business forward
Ability to be flexible and at times work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution
Ability to tackle problems to completion and implement new and innovative strategies
Ability to Look Ahead and develop proactive strategies

Master’s Degree
Automotive, Service Parts, or Manufacturing Plant experience
Proven tangible results through innovation
