is a Residential Treatment Center that provides male youth ages 18-20 with opportunities for positive growth through evidence-based interventions and innovative programming. With a deep commitment to improving the lives of youth and families, our program model has been developed with a focus on promoting positive change and goal attainment.
Colorado Qualifying House
program subscribes to the four principles of effective intervention: risk assessment, addressing needs, providing individualized treatment, and ensuring fidelity. By following these core principles,

guides youth behavior in positive directions while reducing recidivism risk.
Pay:
Starting at 65K depending on education & experience.

What you will do
Site operations, policies and procedures.
Safety, health and welfare of staff and students.
Clinical services, education, vocation, and health and welfare "Best".
Representing as the chairperson for the site Management Meetings.
Overseeing delivery of the Rite of Passage daily program.
Ensuring the program facilities are safe, clean and well maintained.
Maintaining contact and open communication with student athletes.
Oversight of medical and food services and administration.
To be considered you should
Have a BA/BS in related field.
Must have Residential Experience.
Have a minimum of four years of related experience in residential facility management.
Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
