Base Salary + Commission + Stock Options (OTE: $85,000+)

The Role As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers. You’ll run high-volume outreach (calls, emails, social), qualify prospects, and book meetings that move deals forward. This isn’t just another entry-level sales role — you’ll gain exposure to the full spectrum of business operations and open doors to accelerated career growth.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

Prospect and engage job shop manufacturers through outbound calls, emails, and social channels

Qualify leads and set meetings for the sales team

Build relationships through consistent, value-driven follow-up

Run discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points

Keep CRM records clean and accurate

Hit and exceed weekly and monthly outreach goals

How You’ll Grow

Learn the ins and outs of manufacturing technology and ERP systems

Develop core sales skills that set you up for success as an AE or future leader

Get hands‑on coaching and mentorship from sales leadership

Play a key role in shaping our outbound strategy as we scale

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (SaaS or manufacturing a plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Resilient, motivated, and comfortable working in a high‑activity environment

Strong cold calling mindset — not afraid to pick up the phone

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
