Role Overview
The Recruiting Operations Lead is a high-impact, high-ownership leadership role responsible for building, managing, and scaling radEmploy’s recruiting engine. This is not a passive operations role. You will own the recruiting pipeline, create operational flow, and manage a team of recruiters with clear goals, accountability, and performance expectations. You will work closely with leadership, move quickly, and be directly responsible for outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and wants real responsibility for growth and execution. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bronx, NY, with flexibility to work remotely part of the week. What You’ll Own
End-to-end recruiting operations, from intake through placement Pipeline management and flow creation to improve speed, quality, and consistency Leadership and management of a recruiter team, including goal-setting, performance tracking, and accountability Process design and optimization to reduce time-to-placement and improve recruiter efficiency Data-driven decision-making, using metrics and reporting to guide strategy Cross-functional collaboration with leadership to support client growth and new initiatives Hands-on execution early on, with the ability to scale systems over time This role requires someone comfortable owning outcomes, not just managing tasks. Experience leading recruiting operations or staffing teams Strong ability to build, manage, and move pipelines, not just fill individual roles Proven experience managing teams with clear goals and high accountability Comfort operating in a startup environment with speed and ambiguity Strong analytical mindset with the ability to improve processes using data Excellent communication skills with candidates, clients, and internal teams Healthcare or staffing experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Incentives
