Project Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage manufacturing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the manufacturing sector and possess the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from conception through to completion in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders and management.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
CAPM or PMP certification is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ERP systems and budgeting practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience supporting or managing government projects/contracts.
