Shift Supervisor – CVS Health
As a key leader on the CVS Store Management team, a Shift Supervisor drives store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. When a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures.
Essential Functions
Manage store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, promoting a positive shopping experience.
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
Execute merchandising activities: price merchandise, stock shelves, maintain displays, and reset departments following POGs.
Required Qualifications
Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills.
Advanced communication and supervision skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a retail supervisor.
Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
Time Type Full time
Pay Range $18.50 - $27.50 hourly. This pay range represents the base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade.
