What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop insights from data to shape the strategy for the eyewear and software business
Collaborate across functions to align customer experience initiatives with business goals
Design and oversee initiatives to improve the customer journey within the business
Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency
Present findings and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience translating complex data science concepts into clear business recommendations
Proficiency with business intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong background in statistical analysis and data science principles, including tools such as Python or R
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Awareness of AI-driven technologies (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
Prior experience analyzing market trends and business requirements
