What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Maintain and configure customer-facing and operational platforms, ensuring stability and data integrity

Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Ensure accurate data flows between systems and create dashboards or reports for decision-making

Collaborate with IT, Product, and RevOps to ensure platforms are integrated and aligned with customer lifecycle

Develop user documentation, provide training, and support for the tools used by the teams

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2–5 years of experience administering Gainsight products; familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or similar tools is a plus

Knowledge of data integration tools and APIs

Experience with automation, workflow design, and process mapping

Strong documentation and knowledge management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations

Gainsight certification is a plus
