Warehouse Coordinator 1st Shift

Permanent Full Time WMS Coordinator – Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday 3:30am – 3:30pm
Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential, Weekly Pay: $520.00 plus differential.
Responsibilities
Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to meet or exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
Communicate with carriers to set appointments and update load status.
Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure proper workload distribution and WMS floor management.
Coordinate with inventory department and on‑site personnel to resolve daily order issues.
Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years warehouse experience.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
Working knowledge of WMS systems.
Forklift experience; equipment certification may be required.
