Position Summary The Analysis Technology (AT) team is responsible for maintaining the quality of the FAB utilities and wafer environments to achieve the highest quality products. It monitors environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, particle levels, airborne molecular contamination, and trace elemental contamination. The team collaborates with GCS (Gas and Chemical Systems), WTR (Water), Unit Parts, and MFG (manufacturing) to control and qualify utilities, equipment, and FOUP quality.

Role And Responsibilities

Collect environmental data and assist engineering with tool move in and set‑up, performing qualification of incoming production tools.

Perform functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, including set‑up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, and documentation following standard operating procedures.

Utilize sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in‑line adjustments on products, instruments, equipment, or processes.

Monitor and respond to out‑of‑spec conditions in the FAB, perform manual data collection to certify the clean room environment, and qualify new tools after install and prior to release to production.

Comply with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Work in all areas of the facility including plenum, FSF (facility sub‑FAB), CSF (clean sub‑FAB), chemical rooms, and polish rooms, walking approximately 5–6 miles per day (40 % of time).

Workdays and hours: CWW C – Shift.

Skills And Qualifications

Associate’s degree or technical certificate, 6 years equivalent technical military service or 6 years semiconductor experience preferred.

Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Focused on continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

High level of initiative and desire to learn.

Reliable and punctual attendance required.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint for documentation.

Total Rewards The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60 – $45.00 per hour. Total compensation will include a competitive benefits package and may include incentive compensation programs based on performance.
