What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish a clear product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s strategic goals
Develop a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs and market trends
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather insights and deliver high-quality features
Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with evolving stakeholder feedback
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
